What is the return policy?

For most online purchases, tell us within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return it. Use the Chat button on our website or email Customerservice@runsu.shop. Include your order number, the item and a brief description. For a fault or damage claim, include clear photos. No reason is required to exercise a statutory cancellation right. We will confirm eligibility, the correct return destination and instructions.
Are any purchases final sale?

Certain personalised, made-to-order or sealed hygiene-sensitive items may be non-returnable where applicable. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
When will I get my order?

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom, United States, Germany, France, Italy, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Orders are dispatched from China and delivered directly to the address provided at checkout.

For the United Kingdom, United States, Germany, France and Italy, estimated delivery is 7–10 calendar days from order confirmation. These estimates are not guarantees; customs, carrier, severe-weather or address-related delays can take longer. For other destinations, contact Customer Care at Customerservice@runsu.shop before ordering for the applicable delivery estimate.

THE LANE pieces are made in China by specialist manufacturing partners. Composition and care information appears on each product page.
How much does shipping cost?

Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Standard tracked delivery to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Canada, Australia and New Zealand currently costs £11.35 GBP.

For deliveries to the United Kingdom, United States, Germany, France and Italy, prices shown at checkout include applicable taxes, import duties and customs-clearance charges, so no additional import payment should be due at the door.
