Every piece you order is meticulously prepared and dispatched directly from our specialized apparel atelier. By eliminating middlemen and physical storefronts, we pass the savings directly to you.

  • Complimentary UK Standard Shipping: We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all UK orders.

  • Delivery Timeframe: Please allow 8 to 12 business days for your order to be delivered. Perfection takes a little time, and we ensure every garment passes our rigorous quality control before it leaves our atelier.

  • Zero Hidden Fees (DDP): All our UK shipments are sent on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means the price you see at checkout is the final price. You will not be charged any unexpected customs duties or import taxes upon delivery.

  • Fully Tracked: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your garment's journey to your doorstep.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: UK LOCAL CARE

We want you to be completely enamored with your WHY AUDREY pieces. If the fit isn't quite right, we offer a seamless UK Local Return and Exchange service for your peace of mind.

Our 14-Day Guarantee You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Condition of Return Due to the delicate nature of our premium fabrics (such as our signature silk, linen, wool, and cashmere), all items must be returned in pristine, unworn, and unwashed condition.

  • Original tags must remain attached.

  • Garments must be free of makeup, perfume, or any other odors.

  • Please return the item in its original packaging to ensure it is protected during transit.

  • Note: We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these exacting standards.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange We do not use automated return portals because we believe in providing a bespoke, personalized service.

  1. To start a return or exchange, simply email our dedicated care team at dlcm202202@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for your request.

  2. Within 24 hours, our concierge will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the exact shipping address for our UK-based Return Center. (Please do not send items back without contacting us first).

  3. For exchanges (e.g., a different size), we will dispatch your new item as soon as your return is received and inspected at our UK facility.

  4. For refunds, once your return is approved, the funds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs to our UK center are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived faulty.
