Where we deliver
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom, United States, Germany, France and Italy. Orders are dispatched from China and delivered directly to the address provided at checkout.
Delivery time
- Estimated delivery is 7–10 calendar days from order confirmation.
- Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Rare customs, carrier, severe-weather or address-related delays can take longer; if tracking has not progressed, please contact us so that we can investigate.
Shipping, duties and taxes
Standard tracked delivery is included in the product price for all five destinations, so there is no separate standard shipping charge at checkout.
Prices shown at checkout include applicable taxes, import duties, customs-clearance charges and shipping. You should not be asked to pay additional import or delivery fees at the door.
Tracking and delivery support
Tracking details will be sent to the email address used for the order. Please check that your name, address, postcode and telephone number are complete before placing the order. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.
If tracking has not updated, a parcel arrives damaged, or an order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, use the Chat button on our website or contact THE LANE on WhatsApp with your order number.
