1. Order Preparation & Dispatch (24-Hour Dispatch) Every piece, from our Suri alpaca coats to our delicate silks, is meticulously inspected before packaging. To ensure you receive your items as swiftly as possible, all orders placed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) are processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be prioritized for dispatch on the very next business day.
2. Delivery Timelines We partner with premium logistics providers to ensure the safe and reliable arrival of your garments directly from our production facilities.

Maximum Delivery Time: While the vast majority of our orders arrive well within the standard window, please allow a maximum of up to 20 days to account for unexpected customs clearance procedures or severe weather conditions. If your order has not arrived within 20 days, please contact us immediately for a swift resolution.
3. Shipping Costs We are delighted to offer an exceptionally accessible shipping policy to ensure your shopping experience is as seamless as possible:

UK Orders Over £29: Complimentary Premium Shipping.

UK Orders Under £29: A flat rate of £3.99 applies. (For international destinations outside the UK, the exact shipping cost will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.)
4. Order Tracking Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. This allows you to monitor your garment's journey to your doorstep in real-time via the carrier’s website.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes once the package reaches your destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
6. Exceptional Delivery Support Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities. If you experience any issues with your delivery—such as tracking not updating, a delay beyond our 20-day maximum, or a damaged package—please contact our dedicated care team within 7 days of the expected delivery date at dlcm202202@gmail.com. We will personally coordinate with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and make it right for you.
